Chautauqua Offices of Psychotherapy and Evaluation, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit community mental health center in Walton County. We offer a comprehensive array of quality mental health and substance abuse treatment services, including outpatient counseling, adult residential services, our-history-buttonprevention education, psychiatric treatment, crisis counseling, case management, screening and referral, and wellness programming for all ages.

2-1-1 Service
Chautauqua Healthcare Services' 2-1-1 service has been designed to strengthen the health and human service information and referral provider network in Walton and Okaloosa County, Florida through advocacy, coordination and education. Panhandle 2-1-1 offers resources for Substance Abuse and Mental Health needs in our community at all times.

Finally We Have a Positive Answer


For years we have been so frustrated because we have parents and spouses come to us pleading with us to help them with a family member who is out of control as a result of drugs or alcohol.   We have had no good options until now.  Medication assisted treatment is offering an opportunity to this community for the first time.  With funding contracted through the Florida Alcohol & Drug Abuse Association, Chautauqua Healthcare Services has funds to provide Vivitrol to individuals referred by the Office of State and Court Administrator, Department of Children and Families and community members who have opioids and alcohol dependency.
