The program philosophy of the Family Support Team (FST) is to provide an in-home program dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and caring home and environment for children and adolescents. The goal of the Family Support Team is to maintain children in their home as long as the children are safe. The Family Support Team consists of two programs, Safety Management Services and Wraparound Services.  

Safety management Services provides intensive in-home services to assist families in maintaining a safe and stable home, in which their children can remain without fear of being removed. Services provided will be directly linked to the family’s safety plan as it is designed by DCF/FFN. We will provide weekly progress notes to the unit that referred the family (Protective Services or Protective Investigations).
