Sunrise Faith-Based Counseling is a program with the Chautauqua Healthcare Services and is committed to offering quality mental health and substance use services for all individuals seeking services.  Our purpose is to aide in the prevention and alleviation of drug, alcohol and mental health problems while offering and linking individuals to related services as needed.
